The other night I was lucky enough to get an Imperial Witch's Pitchfork from Rowena Scabskin. Here is a demonstration of me using it. The proc is so cool! bats fly around the mob during the debuff, and the bats still fly around its corpse once it dies. The end of it glows and has little bats flying around it.
